Cheeseburger Salad - because if it has the word "salad" in it, it’s basically calorie free, right? 😂🥗

I had some leftover F1 Wagyu, 80/20 Jersey mince, and mozzarella, so I stuffed the meat with cheese, topped it with a Hot Honey Garlic Butter Rub, and got them grillin.

Layered everything over a hearty bed of fresh leaves, basil, and microgreens from Crate to Plate tossed in their Salad Dressing. Finished it off with homemade Big Mac sauce and garlic croutons. Absolutely delicious! 👌

Bank holiday pure indulgence 🍕Creamy herb, Serrano ham & mushroom pizza.

Using some of the goodies from our Crate to Plate variety box we fried up some oyster & shiitake mushrooms in a Steakhouse Gaucho Rub garlic oil. The pizza base was loaded up with their Creamy Herb Spread, the mushrooms, more garlic oil, fior Di latte cheese & Serrano ham.

Cooked in the Gozney finished with freshly grated pecorino & a handful of rocket. The salty Serrano with the creamy herb base 👌🌱

Picanha from Sherwood Foods on the Kamado Joe UK, smoked indirect fat-side down until we hit an internal temp of 45c. Seasoned with our Chipotle Charcoal BBQ Rub, the OG charcoal rub in the UK 🔥

In the KJ Carbon Steel Pan, I sautéed garlic with a mix of chestnut, oyster, and shiitake mushrooms (courtesy of Crate to Plate), throwing in chickpeas to get crispy and quinoa to warm through at the end.

After resting I carved this beautiful picanha razor-thin using the I.O.Shen Suraisu Slicer 👌

Plated up with a fresh leafy green pesto salad and an epic homemade chimichurri. Pure perfection.

Hadn’t really planned on doing a reel as we were entertaining family hence a few dodgy shots, but was too epic not to share.

Happy ! We’re leveling up the celebration with double quarter-pounder croissant burgers, smashed to perfection on the GrillSure SmashGrill 🍔

The patty is an elite blend of Yorkshire Craft Butchery F1 Wagyu and 80/20 Ex-Dairy Jersey mince. The intense fat of the Wagyu combined with the deep, rich flavour of the Jersey beef created the ultimate blend. The flavour was incredible👌

Smashed flat with the Flint press and dusted generously with our Steakhouse Gaucho BBQ Rub. Built with double cheese (had to be American style plastic cheese), rehydrated onion chips that we use in rubs (McD’s style), French's mustard, Marks and Spencer Campfire Mayo, and a grilled, buttery croissant. Pure perfection in every bite 👌
