Hi everyone, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you all for your support of my business- I can’t believe how far it’s come !

It comes with some sadness that I have to put it on hold for a while- however it is for positive reason- as I have been offered a job as a pastry chef at The Balmoral, in Edinburgh !! I can’t quite believe that I’m moving to Scotland in 3 days ?! I’m really going to miss making your cake orders and doing markets, but I have such exciting things ahead !!

I’ll be keeping this page updated every now and then to show some of the things I get up to, so this is not a goodbye 😊

hi everyone, I’ve been away from here for quite a bit, in that time I got the incredible opportunity to work a couple of weeks in The Balmoral, Edinburgh- where I had the most amazing time!! (The picture below is of some of the cakes I got to make when I was there)

🎄Now, it’s Christmas market time, the three I’m doing this year are at:

Jurassic Park cake!! 🦖

Chocolate cake decorated with vanilla buttercream with a handcrafted fondant dinosaur topper

I haven’t been posting for a while as I’ve needed a bit of a break but I’m back up to it now and will be a lot more active, this is the first proper fondant sculpture I have made and I’m quite pleased with how it turned out ☺️
