Celtalan of Conwy is a family run business set at the head of a stunning valley in North Wales and surrounded by rolling limestone hills with views of the Irish Sea. We have our own small orchard where we grow a variety of fruit trees including pear, plum and crab apple alongside raspberry, gooseberry and blueberry shrubs. Our vegetable beds keep us well stocked with delicious rhubarb. The whole p

roperty is surrounded by elder trees which provide us with both the flowers and fruits used in some of our jams. Our delicious, artisan jams are made using traditional methods in small batches in our cottage kitchen. We ensure we provide a top quality, premium product by checking all of our ingredients thoroughly and each jar is filled by hand. Our recipes are either ones we have developed ourselves or have specifically selected. Our ingredients are sourced as locally as possible with many of our fruits grown on fruit farms in North Wales, harvested from our hedgerows or foraged in the surrounding countryside (with the landowner's permission of course). We believe that by sourcing our produce in this way we are both supporting other local businesses whilst keeping our environmental impact to a minimum. Although our jams are perfect with bread and scones, they are so versatile that we describe them as our "More Than Toast" selection. Scan the QR code on each jar or visit our website, celtalan.co.uk, and peruse a number of hand-picked recipes designed to incorporate our jams in either sweet or savoury dishes...helping you to create tasty meals to impress your family and guests.
