Hi, I have a small batch of bacon sliced and packed (sorry smoked streaky all sold out) Also some Cookley Gold, cumber and a few Cookley Cracker available.

So yesterday I collected two lovely pork middles. B***d, trimmed and put into cure for bacon, about 25Kg in all.
This will be ready in two weeks, half left plain and half oak smoked. I’m not sure how much longer I can do this as the pork price is getting crazy!
The pictures are of a piece from my personal supply, it was made in January, triple smoked an been living in my ‘cave’. Took a few slices off for my breakfast, grandchildren arrived and nicked what I’d cooked! So had to do me a new lot.
