Corbridge looking beautiful across the Tyne Valley today — clear skies, crisp air, and one of the finest villages anywhere in Northumberland (or, indeed, the world).

You’ll start seeing some new ideas coming out of the kitchen at The Corbridge Condiment Company.

I’ve been experimenting with a couple of new recipes this week and I’m pleased to say two new flavours have made the cut. They’re now heading off to the lab for shelf-life testing (safety first!), and if all goes well they should be launching in the coming weeks.

I’ll be back in the kitchen this weekend working on more ideas.
