We recently received this letter after National Fish & Chip Day, where local residents were asked to name their favourite fish and chip shop.

To be mentioned and recognised by so many people in our community means a huge amount to us.

When we took over Lloyd’s just a few months ago, our aim was simple:

* Serve great food
* Offer friendly service
* Make everyone feel welcome

To see that effort being recognised is incredibly rewarding.
