About Us

We are a busy growing water commissioning company looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Answering phone calls from field operatives and clients

· Booking in works and scheduling jobs

· Responding to emails professionally and efficiently

· Sorting and organising paperwork and office documents

· Supporting the day-to-day running of the office

The Ideal Candidate

· Confident using computers and office systems

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Able to compose professional emails

· Well-mannered and professional at all times

· Organised, reliable and able to multitask

· Previous office or administration experience preferred but not essential

We recently have had our pathway re done as the previous company did not do a very good job Stronghold surfacing came out quoted and gave us a time frame and look at the results amazing, If you are looking at resin call Paul the best around and know what they are doing.

A brilliant evening at the 68th Pipeline Industrial guild dinner.

It was amazing to see so many people from across the water industry in one room and to finally catch up in person. Events like this really highlight the strength of relationships across our sector.

IY Commissioning LTD was very proud to host a table this year and it was fantastic to share the evening with customers & partners from across the sector.
