New in today. Delicious cinnamon buns from Grains - a local micro bakery. Perfect with coffee from Two Chimps Coffee. We are open Tuesday to Saturday 9.30 - 4.

Just over a year ago, these 3 lads came bouncing into our shop for something to eat, they were on Day 3 of their cycle ride from Llangollen to Thailand!!!!

They just had basic bikes, not much kit and very little cycling experience but they were full of energy, adventurous spirit and positivity.

We have been following their story....

6 days ago they posted this on their fb page (they are on instagram too) to mark 1 year of their awesome adventure ...... But yesterday one of them had quite a bad accident.

We are wishing Dyfan a very speedy recovery so they can continue on their truly amazing and inspiring journey

We highly recommend you follow them and see why they are actually cycling to Thailand!❤️

Meet Sylvia Grey, pictured in the blue overall, you might have some clues from the sweet branding as to when she ran the shop!

Today, her 3 daughters and son (pictured with Camille in the bottom right photo), a grand daughter, great grand daughter and some extended family members came and had afternoon tea on the terrace.

So many people who have come into the shop, during the 21 years that Camille has been running it, have very fond memories of Sylvia, it was a joy to meet her family today 🙂

21 years ago my husband Andrew and I opened this wee shop. This photo was taken by the Frog Pub Group in Paris in 2010 when we were supplying them with our delicious chutneys.
