This special release is a collaboration with the wonderfully talented .pottery who has handmade each ceramic bottle with love and care. They are crafted from white stoneware clay and finished in a beautiful pink/pearly glaze. Each one is completely unique! 😍

Inside is Cornish Boddington Berries Strawberry–infused Holly’s Gin. Strawberries were left to steep gently, creating a naturally fruity spirit. The water from the berries slightly dilutes the alcohol, taking it just below the legal gin requirement (37.5%), so I call it Holly’s Strawberry Spirit. 🍓

Best enjoyed with tonic and a fresh strawberry, or a sprig of mint for extra lift. 🍓🌿

When it’s empty, refill your bottle or keep it as a beautiful oil pourer!

I actually ran out of my green bottles at the event! There are a few on my website and .co but that is absolutely it for now…

Simply add 50ml of Strawberry Negroni, top up with soda water and add a fresh strawberry. ❤️

Made for summer-sipping! 🍓 I’ve always loved a Negroni, but I wanted to make one that felt like British summer in a glass...

With help from the brilliant Chris Jarrett, Holly’s Gin has been infused with same-day-picked, Class 1 Cornish Boddington Berries strawberries, blended with Knightor Winery Rosé Vermouth and the bittersweet brilliance of Sipello Aperitif (all wonderful British producers that I admire).

So many people to thank with this project:

🍓 I sliced every strawberry by hand and blended and hand filled each one at Helford River Distillery (thank you Simon).

🍓 The artwork was created specially for this edition by the talented Lisa Finch - all the way over in Canada. It shows me enjoying a negroni in a Cornish strawberry field with my two miniature schnauzers, Peggy and Wilma!

🍓 A massive thank you to Sipello Tim for the use of your beautiful bottle for this project. It looks incredible!

🍓 Thank you Ben for your advice on bottled cocktails! It’s a learning curve.

My Summer Strawberry Negroni is arriving later this month, and the label artwork by Lisa is everything 🍓☀️

Inspired by Cornish strawberries, a warm sea breeze, and my two very cheeky schnauzers (Peggy & Wilma 🐾), Lisa captured the exact feeling of sipping something bright and bittersweet on a perfect British summer afternoon.

You couldn’t get better or fresher than strawberries! 🍓 🍓

The sun was shining, Phil Boddington had been up picking his Class 1 strawberries from 4.30am. They then went into my gin a few hours later! ❤️

The aim is to get 150 bottles of my delicious Summer Strawberry Negroni Cocktail out in time for Wimbledon 🎾 If bottles and labels arrive in time 😬

There will then be just 20 x 200ml bottles of Strawberry Gin in some very very special bottles….

I will share later in the week who I am collaborating with! Seriously amazing small businesses. ☀️🤩
