We have been getting a lot of questions this week with regards to the delivery price increase. We want to address why we have took this action and apologise to our valued customers. Our collection prices remain as they were.

When looking through our figures we found the costs associated with providing the delivery service were not actually being recovered through the sales it generated. We initially tried to address this with small changes to how we operate such as the packaging change you may have noticed. Whilst this did make a positive difference, it simply wasn't enough to make it sustainable.

To continue offering this service our only option was to increase the cost of our food for delivery. This wasn't an easy decision to make and we apologise for the inconvenience.

Quick update from us:

We will not be taking any delivery orders over the festive period and will remain offline on Just Eat and Deliveroo until 4th Jan in the new year!
