❤️ With a very heavy heart, it’s time for me to share some difficult news. ❤️
After being part of The Festival for 14 years, and spending the last 3 years as landlady, the time has come for me to step back at the end of this month.
This has been one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make, but for the sake of my family and my own health, I know it's the right time to put myself and my loved ones first.
The Festival has been such a huge part of my life. It's so much more than just a pub. It's the people, the laughter, the memories and the friendships made along the way that have made it so special.
To my amazing customers, many of whom have become so much more than customers, and to my fantastic staff, who have stood by me, worked alongside me and become so dear to my heart, I honestly cannot thank you enough.
There have been good times, difficult times, plenty of laughs and some unforgettable memories. I'll always treasure them and the wonderful people who have been part of this journey.
Walking away from something that has been such a big part of my life is heartbreaking, but sometimes life reminds us that family, health and happiness must come first.
Thank you for every bit of support, every smile, every conversation and every memory. You have all meant more to me than words can ever express. ❤️
The Festival will always hold a very special place in my heart. ❤️
