New foods don’t always get an instant thumbs up… and that’s completely normal 👀

It can take little ones several tries before they accept a new food, so don’t be discouraged if something isn’t a favourite straight away. Repeatedly offering a variety of foods gives children the chance to become familiar with new tastes and textures.

A little patience can go a long way 💚

If you hadn’t noticed (we all have, don’t worry 😅), the heatwave is still here! We’re sure you’re experts by now at keeping little ones cool, from constant water refills to plenty of refreshing, water-rich snacks 💧

Both cucumber and tomatoes are great options for hot days, providing plenty of water alongside vitamins and nutrients.
