They noticed a demand for fresh and local produce in their area which is why they opened the doors to Oakes Farm Shop in 2013. From seasonal vegetables to meat reared on their fields, our aim is to provide the best produce we can to our customers. With our bustling 80 seater cafe situated on the far side of the building, you can enjoy one of our delicious homemade meals whilst gazing out over the rolling countryside.

Three Hogs is a limited edition, 4% ABV English Golden Ale brewed by Hogs Back Brewery. It’s described as a “beer of two halves”, delivering refreshing citrus hops upfront, followed by a balancing bitterness and a hint of sweetness.

Englands Pride is an authentic craft medium cider produced by Henney’s Cider Company. Fermented from 100% freshly pressed bittersweet cider apples, it is lightly sparkling and features a crisp balance of sweetness and acidity with a 6.0% ABV

We're looking for enthusiastic and experienced people to join our team at Oakes Farm Shop.

🔪 Full-Time Butcher
We're seeking an experienced butcher to work across a variety of tasks including carcass butchery, sausage making, customer service at the counters, and preparing meat for our café kitchen.

✔ Previous butchery experience is essential
✔ Retail experience is desirable
✔ 43 hours per week over 5 days (Monday–Sunday rota)
✔ Excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude required

👨‍🍳 Full-Time Sous Chef
Join our busy café kitchen, preparing fresh, quality food from our breakfast, brunch and lunch menus, as well as daily specials.

✔ Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen is essential
✔ Ability to work independently and contribute new ideas
✔ 43 hours per week over 5 days
✔ Includes at least one weekend day
✔ Working hours: 8am–5pm (Sundays: 9am–4pm)

We are incredible proud of our award winning sausage range, home-made using only the finest Packington free-range pork and expertly linked by our team of skilled butchers for exceptional quality and flavour. Available on the counter or pre-packed in our mix and match 3 for 15 offer. They are then used in many of our cafe dishes including our tasty Farmers breakfast and sausage egg and chips for lunch
