acks and baskets that can be made to order. Tregunter attends a number of local markets and events, as well as having a website that people can purchase from and either have the order posted to them or collect direct from Tregunter.

This is a gift pack I made at Stratford Waterside Market on Sunday for a couple who wanted a Christmas present for a blackberry jam lover. 🎁🤶

I’ll make sure I have a selection of Christmasy gift pack covers for each market now, so that people can choose them for gift packs that I make while they wait

I’m all set up at Stratford Waterside Upmarket on my stall near the RSC Theatre.
I’ve been busy making lots of baskets the last 2 days so there are plenty of new ones to choose from - perfect for a gift or early Christmas shopping 🎁

I’ve been busy making runner bean chutney this morning. It’s probably the only batch I’ll be able to make this year due to the poor harvest of my runners this year due to the hot weather. 🌞

It’s that time if year again - this morning I made the first two batches of Christmas Chutney. Unlike jams, marmalades and curds that are ready to eat the moment you make them, chutney needs 3 months or more to mature to allow time for the flavour to develop. These will therefore be perfect for Christmas and will be a delicious accompaniment to cheese and white meat.
I’ll make another 4-6 batches in the coming weeks to ensure I have plenty for this year.

I started cooking very early this morning in the hope of finishing around lunchtime to avoid the worst of todays heat.
I’ve just finished adding the chillies 🌶️ to each of the batches of spicy caramelised onion chutney so now they need to simmer for around 3 hours before they are ready to jar. 🫙

Waking up on a Sunday morning is always hard as the alarm goes off just after 5am so that i’m at Stratford waterside market by 7am to set up. This morning however I was rewarded with the most amazing sky peaking through the gap in the curtains 😁

You will find me back in my usual spot at waterside market today until 5pm with nearing 100 other stall, so I hope you come and say hello on this lovely sunny Sunday

I’m not at Stratford Waterside Market today as decided it would be too much with my leg bandaged, but I hope to be back next week. 🤞
The kids were very happy of the lie in this morning and seem pleased to be able to chill with me 😂

I’m back on crutches again for a few weeks while I have some specialist treatment to help my wound heal 🤞 so today I’m “resting” with my leg up on the sofa stoning cherries for cherry jam 🍒😋
