🥩A new chapter at Taylor’s Butchers🥩

Well, it’s official — I’ve taken over Taylor’s Butchers! ❤️

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the customers I’ve already met this week. Everyone has been so welcoming, and it’s made my first few days much less scary! I’m really looking forward to getting to know more of you and becoming part of the Earlsdon community.

I’m very lucky to have a brilliant team around me — Stevie, Liam, Claire, Julie and Natty — and Stuart isn’t escaping just yet either… he’ll be staying on as my glamorous assistant for a while! 😂

And now to answer the question I think I’ve been asked more than anything else…

“Are you changing the pies?”

NO! 😂 The Taylor’s pies you know and love are staying exactly where they are.

That doesn’t mean we won’t be having a little fun though. Over the coming weeks and months you might start to see a few new products and ideas appearing alongside all your Taylor’s favourites.

I’m really excited about the future of Taylor’s and everything we have planned.

After a long process of selling our family business, it has changed hands today, we started in 1938 with my Grandad Percy & then my Dad John, who many of you will still know., Myself & Tracey have ran the business for the last 21 years through some tough times and good times.
Our customers have been amazing with regulars who have become good friends over the 40 years I’ve worked at the shop and you’ve watched our girls Abbey & Faye grow up into the beautiful young ladies they are today.
I’ve personally served 3 generations of some families. We would just like to say a huge thank you to all that have supported our business & family over many generations, even if it’s one sausage roll a week it takes a lot of grains of sand to make a desert & it all counts to our success.
We feel Emma and her family are going to bring a new energy to the business and the community whilst continuing the great standards of of our business but with new and fresh ideas. we hope you all continue to support Emma and the staff that are all staying on in the business. You’ll see me about for a while as I’m staying on to do a hand over for a while.
Myself and Tracey would like to thank you all and hopefully we’ll see some of you in the future in our new adventure. which we are very excited to start.
