Trenchmore Farm is a small regenerative farm managed by Andrew & his daughter Rachel in West Sussex.

They produce grass-fed Sussex Wagyu beef and Silly Moo Cider. Trenchmore farms for flavour and the future. The Sussex Wagyu herd graze & improve the pastures around Cowfold over summer, and come indoors over winter. Their diet is 80% grass and 20% bi-products of human food production - brewers grains from our local brewery, apple pulp from our cider production and linseed cake from Flax Farm. Sill

y Moo Cider is made from homegrown fruit blended with surplus garden apples from our neighbours. It is left to slowly ferment over winter with the help of wild yeasts, before blending and bottling.

Tomorrow's market is a big one. We've got 15 food and drink producers in the yard, with a few new faces (Mello Cello & Mama Shrooms).

They’ll be Love's Pizza and Saltio Tacos serving hot food, She Shucks serving icy oysters, a coffee truck and an ice cream van and a very well stocked Cyder Taproom.

The fridge will be well stocked too, with Trenchmore Beef alongside Tynefield Pork and Nuthurst Lamb.

Nev's leading a farm walk at 2pm, and we'll have live music and a DJ running through the afternoon.

It's our Early Summer Market tomorrow!

This market has a very special lineup of local producers, all bringing their best, with a live brass band and DJ Danny keeping things moving. Delicious products alongside burgers, tacos, oysters, coffee, ice cream, cocktails and a farm walk at 2pm if you fancy stretching your legs and seeing behind the curtain - or gate as it were. And plenty of shaded seating!

We're serving food and drinks from 11am until 8pm. Come, enjoy, and spend some hard-earned with people who will really appreciate it.
