Another leaver 😢 today is Izzy’s last day after working alongside studies for the last 7 years!

Not everyone knows, but Izzy’s my youngest daughter and has worked through school and Uni holidays, helped deliver to your homes during Covid and with her partner in crime (Amelie) always did the Christmas Eve shift!

Shes just graduated and will start as an Assistant Site Manager with Beard Construction on Monday 👏🏻 obviously, I’ll still see her every day 😂 but I’m sure you’ll miss her - she’s always happy and has loved being part of The team and looking after you all 🥰

Today, sadly, is Amelie’s last day working in the sweet shop.

She started as a very shy, but beautiful, young girl back in September 2022. Since then she’s completed her A Levels, passed her driving test, gone travelling but didn’t really know what to do next. But now, she’s ready to start her career as an Estate Agent and I think she’ll be fantastic!

Not a week goes past when I don’t receive a compliment about her from one of you. She’s very much loved by us and all of you. So, if you’re in the village today do pop in to wish her well. We’re all going to miss you Amelie! Xx

We’ve still got lots of gifts to celebrate tomorrow so don’t worry! It doesn’t have to be a big gesture to show someone you love them does it?! And as ever our pick n mix Valentine bags are always the most popular choice 🥰
