Every year he turns up on his holiday wearing his own created T shirt after having his first Auchtermuchty many years ago to which he said "I'm in Auchtermuchty heaven"
The T shirt has been part of his ritual over the last 6 years or so, to wear it for his visit in Northumberland to the pitch before doing anything else....

Trial days and staff training are doing well and we'll remain open for the next few days or more whilst we continue with the ex*****on of ordering, serving and a multitude of other tasks for both the sitooterie and sitinerie.

We officially launch for opening on the 20th June which is a randomly picked date for no reason whatsoever 😊

In the meantime, we are serving ice cream in our mini ice cream parlour better known as the ice creaminerie!

We are soft launching for trial and training. Although we won't be fully operational and because we haven't got a scooby doo on how we are going to operate, we definitely need to give the sitinerie a bit of a heid start!
The sitooterie is operational with absolutely no change whatsoever 😎

The sitinerie is open for some delicious ice cream. Perfect for after your Auchtermuchty or Kipper in bun (traditional bun style thanks to some positive feedback)

Sorry, sorry and sorry.
Bad news.. The Auchtermuchty needs to go up in price. For years I've taken pride on selling the muchty as low as I can for all to enjoy however, the cost of haggis has risen quite a bit.
The new price has to rise up to £6.00 and as much as I can, it's as low as it can be.
I'm staying with the same butcher who has not faulted over the last 19 years and in my opinion, the best haggis that's out there. Being well acquainted with it for the last 45 years I've got know what's a good hagi ( hag-eye) and I am sure you'll agree, this butcher produces a fantastic wee beastie.
I sincerely hope that the new price won't put you off and that we'll all continue to shout, say and eat "Auchtermuchty"

And don't forget, by having a dash of Rothbury Rager, we are all supporting the mad jam woman who produces the ultimate compliment to the sandwich.
