We’re excited to be joining Hope Sussex Community’s Freedom Music Fest in Battle this Bank Holiday weekend, 28–31 August 2026.

Four days of live music, great atmosphere, family fun — and plenty of good food!

We’ll be serving our B&M Thai Mix & Match menu, freshly cooked to order for £12 per box. Choose from Pad Thai, stir-fried noodles, Singapore noodles, fried rice, Thai red curry or sweet & sour, with your choice of chicken, king prawn or vegan tofu.

Whether you’re craving our customer-favourite Brisket Biryani, a comforting bowl of Burmese Coconut Noodles (Ohn No Khao Swe), traditional Mohinga, fragrant curries, king prawn dishes, stir-fried noodles, or our juicy pulled brisket specials, we’ve got something for everyone.

A Brilliant Morning at B&Q Eltham!

What a fantastic start to the day!

We’ve had some great chats with our local customers, and the feedback has been amazing. One customer had our brisket burger for breakfast and called it a “champion burger!”
Our signature minced brisket burger is packed with flavour: a juicy, perfectly cooked patty (medium or medium-rare), topped with mature cheddar, pickles, sautéed onions, fresh tomato, crisp lettuce, and our house sauce. It’s exactly the kind of meal that sets you up for the day.
Our slow-cooked beef brisket continues to steal the show, and it’s incredible to see so many people choosing a brisket roll over the traditional sausage breakfast roll.
Today’s also the first day we’ve brought our famous Brisket Ohn No Khao Swel back to the menu! Along with our delicious chicken and potato curry, we’re ready for a busy lunchtime.
It’s only 11am, so if you’re nearby, come and grab yours before it’s gone!

Building Something Special at B&Q Eltham!

Three weeks in, and we’re incredibly grateful for the warm welcome we’ve received at B&Q Eltham.

From our first breakfast served at 7:30am through to closing at 5:30pm, we’ve been seeing more and more familiar faces each day. It’s been fantastic watching regular customers return for our slow-cooked brisket burgers, brisket baguettes and our signature loaded brisket chips.

A huge thank you goes to the entire B&Q Eltham team. Your support, encouragement and kind words have made us feel right at home, and we truly appreciate every one of you.

Due to the recent hot weather and our commitment to maintaining the highest food safety standards, we’ve temporarily simplified our menu. As a 5-star food hygiene business, protecting food quality and customer safety always comes first. Our full favourites, including our Burmese biryani and noodle dishes, will return as soon as the weather is more suitable.

Thank you to everyone who has supported B&M Brisket. We’re only just getting started.

Wow, what an incredible first day at Solihull Music Festival! We’ve been blown away by how busy it’s been, all the lovely positive reviews, and seeing so many new faces as well as returning customers on the same day….thank you so much for making us feel so welcome on our first time here!

This is how we do it:
Our brisket starts with premium 100% Halal beef, slowly braised for 8–10 whole hours in our own rich beef stock & bone broth, simmered with carrots, celery, herbs and our secret blend of house spices. Fall‑apart tender, deep in flavour, and made with proper care…. no shortcuts, just pure quality.
