Have you tried the new Herb Roasted Chicken Crisp by Burts Potato Chips? Did you know they’re made using our produce? A match made in Devon 🙌

We're all about local produce, and our partners round the corner at Creedy Carver know how to treat their chickens right. That's why we only use their free-range poultry in our Herb Roasted Chicken chips. Have you got your hands on a bag yet? Pick them up in South West Co-op and Tesco stores.

Posted • Duck, carrot, orange

duck breast, with a buttery seared carrot, pickled carrot disks, orange and carrot pureè topped with crispy onion. Duck fat and an orange sauce.

Delicious dish, made so much more interesting by the use of fats. Duck fat in the sauce and in the pureè I used beef dripping for extra flavour. And it was UNBELIEVABLE!
