VIENNA’S BACK!

A late but needed post to celebrate a real classic of ours coming back for you all! 🍻

Vienna Lager was a revelation when it was first brewed in the 19th century, combining Bavarian brewing techniques, with paler British style malts. A once nearly forgotten style, our Vienna Lager pays homage to those early beers!

We used a traditional mash with British grown Vienna and Munich malts, lending the beer depth and complexity. A slow, cold fermentation, followed by 5 WEEKS of lagering resulted in a beer which is as easy drinking as it is flavourful.

RAINBOCK IS BACK!

After a year hiatus we’re delighted to be re-releasing one of our most famous beers.

Rainbock is a Maibock-style strong lager, brewed as a celebration of Spring and for new beginnings, much like a rainbow after a storm.

This beer is brewed in the depths of Winter and lagered for months at near-freezing temperature.
