Alder Tree’s Cream Ice grew from a recipe passed down through the Hardingham family. What began on their Suffolk farm has become something people now enjoy far beyond it — and those family roots are still part of what makes Alder Tree special.

We’ve been busy gathering beautifully ripe damsons for one of our most tempting flavours—Devilishly Damson!

These richly coloured fruits bring a delicious balance of sweetness and sharpness to our smooth, creamy ice cream. The result is intensely fruity, naturally vibrant and unmistakably damson.

From tree to tub, it’s a devilishly delicious taste of the season. 🍨

Our Summer Berries Cream Ice brings together strawberry, blackberry, blackcurrant and plum - the three (well, four!) musketeers of summer fruit.
