CENTO LIRE COCKTAIL
- 45 ml Gin Bosque Nativo
- 10 ml Vermouth Carpano Antica Formula
- 20 ml Groseilles Premix*
- 10 ml lime juice
- 1 bar spoon Fernet Branca
* Groseilles are similar to cranberries, red berries. For 200 ml of groseilles purée, melt 100 gr of white sugar.
Shake everything and double strain into a vintage coupette. You can serve with a bunch of red berries.
This cocktail was created by Elia Salemme from one of our customers in Neuchatel, Moonshiners Bar.
Elia Salemme, born in Modena (Italy) in 1994, emigrated to Switzerland in Neuchatel in 2014. He began the restaurant in 2010, working in luxury catering, where he discovered the figure of the bartender falling in love with this profession. From here begins a long journey of training from l’ameritan bar to advanced mixology and bar management.
Working in various countries such as Italy, Australia and Switzerland, and speaking 4 languages, it is finally in the Swiss country that in 2023 he has the possibility of bringing his dream to life and building his own bar.
The Moonshiners bar has been completely rebuilt, inspired by the 20s/30s of American prohibitionism, and the speakeasy, offering customers a unique experience.
