One of today's events included a birthday afternoon tea style buffet for Sue!
Sue booked us through a recommendation from another long standing customer. Sue allowed us to create the menu so we went with finger sandwiches, a variety of savouries to include our homemade really cheesey mini quiches, homemade sausage rolls and pinwheels. To finish off; blackcurrant blondies and gluten/dairy free raspberry brownies to be served with Sue's cream scones 😋 we hope you enjoy!

It's Small Business Week!!!

I used to go to school with Chris Simcox, the father of one of these young boys. They are cycling 175 miles all the way from Cambridge back to Crewe in aid of children's cancer charity The Joshua Tree. That is massive!!! I couldn't even cycle back from Chester! Please donate a pound if you can 😊

A great end to the week! 🙌

Whichever caterer you decide to choose for your event, remember you are entitled to see a copy of their environmental score (an up to date score isn't always available/ updated online) and a copy of their public liability insurance, you as the buyer are entitled to see these documents!

Whilst it isn't a legal requirement in the UK to be allergen trained (God knows why? 🙄) you can also request to see if they are allergen trained aswell, if they're not... I would be looking elsewhere!!

Our team are all trained to a minimum of level 2 in food safety if not higher and are all trained in allergen awareness updated every year.
