All our beef, lamb and free range pork arrives at the shop in carcass form and is prepared to the highest standards by our own very skilled butchers. Being an independent butcher and buying nearly all our meats as carcasses we are able to prepare any cut of meat in any manner, all you need to do is tell us what you would like us to prepare. We have prepared old fashioned Aitch bone joints, crown roasts, guards of honour, saddles of lamb plus many more specialty cuts.

Nice and easy dinner for you, peal the film off and wack in oven for half hour. Bosch, as easy as that.

We have come up with a new invention for you. Instead of having a burger whilst your feet are in the pool. Why don’t you have one filled with this??

A slow cooked pulled brisket joint. A boneless slab of our free range beef coated in British 🇬🇧 mustard, local honey, soy sauce and salt & pepper. That simple but golly ain’t it yummy 🤤 (had to shut the shop for 5 minutes so we weren’t interrupted whilst stuffing our faces)

Only a handfull made as we are seeing how they will go. If you manage to snag yourself one we would love you know your feedback. 👍👍

Ever wondered how your rolled shoulder pork joints get to look so beautiful? Well this is how.

Our Free Range pork comes from a company called Prestige Pork only 20 miles away from our front door.
They have been a wonderful supplier of ours for 25+ years (older than me tying the pork) who also grows all his own food for the pigs!! 🐷🥕

You get two joints off the pork shoulder;

One is the hand of pork which is left on the bone and perfect for slow cooking. And at only £6.79 per kg it’s one of the most cost effective joints you can get.

The other is your b***d and rolled shoulder, or spare rib as you may hear us call it, it is another great joint that is very versatile. This one is £10.69 per kg and gives you some cracking crackling 🤤🤤
