We are Barry and Jo and we have an amazing collection of Cotswold holiday lodges on Cotswold Water Park near the old Roman town of Cirencester with most of them dog friendly. We’ve been coming to this beautiful area for many years and in 2014 we decided to make the move permanent. We set up our com

pany in 2016, starting with our own holiday home on Windrush lake but as you can see from our portfolio now, we have grown quite considerably! During the pandemic we set up our sister company, The Laundry Hub, to compliment our services and it provides our lodges with cleaning, laundry and maintenance including hot tub management and window cleaning.

I’ve been waiting to share this special project in Burford with all of you for so long. It’s the type of story, that makes me infinitely proud of what we do.

Just over a year ago, the owners of Courtyard Cottage contacted me to talk about their plans to move to South Africa, a place close to my heart.

They’d recently completed the renovation of their beautiful bolthole in Burford, and were trying to work out the logistics of their life long dream to emigrate.

It reminded me of what Air BnB used to be, unique spaces created by wonderful individuals, and shared with like-minded people who simply want to explore.

Something I’m trying my hardest to bring back with every property we manage at Be.Here. by combining incredible spaces with incredible guest hospitality.

You see Hidden Gems (as much as I hate that term) don’t come up often, but how else do I describe a cottage that’s such a part of Burford yet so hidden away?

So when we got asked to market Courtyard Cottage the answer was easy. It’s the definition of a curated space, and it’s going to be yours to enjoy really soon.
