Tahini blondie, brown butter milk chocolate ganache, sesame & white miso cream croissants.

We think they look a little bit like square bales so fit right in with harvest time.

Fig, brown butter & toasted almond cake on the counter for as long as the figs are good.

A lightly spiced almond & browned butter cake, filled with fresh fig compote, toasted almond cream and topped with fresh fig.

After a successful debut last week, these bacon jam & whipped crowdie bows will be available on Fridays and Saturdays for a little while.

Topped with grated Parmesan, glazed with maple roasted ham glaze & stuffed with peppered whipped Knockraich farm crowdie and bacon & apple jam.

After a lot of faff we’ve finally (hopefully) got an online shop where you can pre-order a few of our most popular items.

Artisan Artisan baked goods, locally roasted coffee and a warm welcome. Enjoy a window seat in the Ems & Co. Pastry Shop, or take away. We also offer bespoke catering and celebration cakes.
