We had another great day at Braco Show on Saturday with our in-calf two year old heifer, Barnsview Portree taking the overall Aberdeen Angus Championship 🎉

The Duncan McLaren memorial trophy has previously been won by the herd my Grandad Rod worked for (C Graham 1986), and the herd my mum and dad worked for (R McNeil 2003, 2006, 2007, 2015), so to have won it with cattle of our own is quite special

It certainly made Grandy Rod’s day

Our show season is now in full swing - here’s a photo roundup of our first show out, RHS22 👏🏻

Great to be back to normal again at this years show.

Catching up with friends, team work making the dream work, late nights and 4am trips to the wash bay.

There were a few people that were dearly missed at this years highland show, but it was great to see their legacy live on through their cattle and their families.

Huge thank you to everyone that makes it possible, including everyone looking after the cattle and horses at home while we’re away. It wouldn’t be possible without you ❤️
