Dressed to impress... !

We've been working extra hard behind the scenes to get everything ready for another busy weekend, and as always, you've certainly not let us down. Thank you for your incredible support!

Not our usual work attire! This weekend, we swapped our aprons for suits and dresses to celebrate the wedding of two of our wonderful friends. We wish the happy couple a lifetime filled with love, laughter, and happiness together.

A huge thank you to the amazing ERB team for holding the fort while we took a well-earned day off. We couldn't do it without you.

And, of course, thank you to all of our fantastic customers for keeping us so busy. We appreciate every single one of you!

When you have been working in the Butchery all day and customers ask "how's the sea, caught much?"

Dressed like Captain bird's eye and chatting to the customers like uncle Albert "during the war" 😂

Another good week in the shop, the weather wasn't on our side, but our fantastic customers weathered the stormy conditions and secured their weekend meats.

RARE SIGHTING ALERT

We were lucky enough to catch Mike in action today... and yes, he was actually washing up! 😲

Making sure standards are as high as ever, every tray, utensil and surface gets the attention it deserves. Although sightings like this are few and far between, we're pleased to confirm he does occasionally leave the block or counter and get his hands dirty! 😂

All jokes aside, keeping everything spotless behind the scenes is just as important as what goes into the display counter.
