Our aim at Celtica is to provide our catering customers with the best quality meat that not only meets but exceeds expectations. Fulfilling this goal has been a journey that continues to evolve and develop as our customer needs change.

From a core range of gammon and steaks, our butchery portfolio has grown to encompass Celtic Pride Beef & Pork, Welsh Lamb, Welsh Poultry, Home Cured Gammon, Premium Burgers and Sausages.

From our butchery premises, adjacent to Castell Howell’s main depot in Cross Hands, we have the scope and capacity to further improve our offer for 2020 and beyond.

We believe that supply chains are only as strong as their weakest link. The red meat supply chain can be a complex process where quality can be enhanced or lost at every stage. To ensure consistency of both quality and supply, in 2003 the Celtic Pride Premium Beef Scheme was born.
