This Weeks Guest Coffee ☕️

This week we will have a beautiful Natural Pacamara from El Salvador roasted by one of the best in Ireland in Dublin by head roaster and good friend of ours

We recently visited them in their Roastery and we all agreed on this exceptional coffee to try as our coffee of choice

Abi’s Leaving Party & Some Past Pics

Five years ago, Abi walked through the doors of our first coffee shop, Egg, as a young student. Today, she walks out of Kis as a fully qualified Doctor 👩‍⚕️

In those five years, Abi has been nothing but a pleasure to be around and will be sadly missed by everyone who has had the privilege of knowing and working with her.

From early morning shifts to the busiest days behind the counter, she always brought a smile, a positive attitude, and an energy that lifted everyone around her.

Bright, bubbly, intelligent, artistic, funny, and reliable are just some of the words that describe Abi. She has been an incredible member of our team, and if she’s half as good a doctor as she’s been in the hospitality industry, she will be absolutely outstanding.

Watching her grow from a student into the professional she is today has been a pleasure, and we’re incredibly proud of everything she has achieved. We have no doubt that she has an amazing future ahead of her and will make a huge difference in the lives of so many people.
Hopefully, she makes a few guest appearances for us for another wee while 👀🙏🤣, but if not, she will be missed very much by all of us.

Thank you, Abi, for everything you’ve done, for all the laughs, the hard work, and for being such a special part of the Kis family.
We wish you nothing but happiness and success in this next chapter.
