We put this window in back in October, and have been itching to open it ever since.

Finally, the weather’s turning… just about.

Even if Saturday doesn’t quite play ball, we’re going for it.

Come down, grab a slice, get a pint in hand, and make the most of it with us.

Closed Sunday so the team can enjoy a bit of the bank holiday too.

The darker days are behind us. So it feels right to look back at what we moved forward last month.

– We launched a new podcast and filmed 8 episodes. Each one a little less cringey, a little more natural. Showing up and getting better.

– Board members up on site, walking the land, talking long-term vision and next chapters.

– Potential investors visiting, standing in the mud, listening to the dream and starting to see what this place will become.

– Groundworkers building out the courtyard and finally sorting the drainage (not sexy, but essential).

Every month that passes, this stops being an idea and becomes something real.

We’re getting closer to having you all up here.
And honestly, we can’t wait. We just want to share it with you.
