What an absolutely gorgeous, fun and industrious day we had on Wednesday’s Farm Experience Day. Young and old alike all got stuck in, worked, laughed, enjoyed hands on farm experiences, hopefully learned something new and I’m sure slept very well that night. Thank you all for your help, positive comments and of course these lovely photos. 🤗

We have a broad range of ages joining us so far from very able 5 year olds to Grandparents and several in between. Play, learn and muck-in with our mega friendly ponies, pigs, chickens, goats, emus and sheep. There may even be a tractor experience so don’t hesitate, message today. You won’t regret it. Last chance to buy this years amazing 14 month old lamb (hogget) meat packs
Our slow grown, locally produced lamb is totally grass fed. It will be professionally jointed, packed, labelled and delivered to us frozen ready for collection by you (Friday 22nd).
Our customers regularly contact us saying how delicious and succulent the meat is. We can provide a recipe leaflet of our favourite meals from the various cuts. HALF TERM EVENT
🍀 Family Experience At Cloverfield 🍀
Wednesday 27th May
🧑‍🌾10am to 4pm (or finish earlier if you prefer).👩‍🌾
Suitable for ages 7 to adult
£5 per person (if you have a slightly younger child who you know will get stuck in please contact Jo for a chat).
Hands on jobs whilst learning about:
- animal care (feeds, hoof trimming, vaccinations, worming)
- all about poo 💩 and grazing
- tractors, diggers and other machinery
- sheep, lambs and lambing 🐑
- animal housing and maintenance.
There will be jobs to do, raking old hay, cleaning animal sheds, scrubbing water troughs, helping with hoof trimming, and whatever else might need doing on the day.
You can also play with the baby goats, brush the ponies, cuddle a chicken or wash the pigs. 🐐🐴🐓🐖
There will be people to answer your questions throughout the day.
Bring your own picnic lunch, snacks and drinks. 🥪🍰🥤
