A selection of hard and soft cheeses are made by hand, using fresh pasteurised ewes milk,
Cheese is cut to order, costing £3.65 per 100 grams.

Rain and wind stops play at Newport pop-up market today, let's hope better Spring weather is on the way, the girls are getting fed-up, like me, with the mud, can't get on the garden, even the worms have moved to higher ground, come on sun we need your rays!

We are currently away in our caravan and next to the caravan site is a field of sheep, I’ve seen plenty of sheep during my 61 years on this planet, but I’ve never seen this before, appears to be a spring piece of metal attached to the horns. I am guessing it is to stop the horns growing in a particular way, a bit like a dental retainer (brace). Either that or I have possibly come across a radio controlled sheep.
Anyone know for sure.
