As we celebrate Lammas we're reminded that every harvest is built on the choices made throughout the year.

Healthy soils, resilient animals, careful observation and good husbandry all contribute to a thriving farm. Today we celebrate not only the harvest itself, but the farmers who care for the land and livestock that make it possible.
