Forest to Fork Forest to Fork provides responsible deer management and the supply of quality wild venison. Venison is a very lean and tasty alternative to beef, pork and lamb.

Wild venison is naturally free range and so contains no added substances sometimes found in farmed meat. This is part of the Fiadh Project which includes a series of films promoting the value of wild deer and those involved in their management.

Hopefully this may encourage others to take the plunge and help set up a network of micro-processors supplying local venison across the Highlands.
