After a very wet and windy day at the Royal Cornwall Show the sun did make an appearance for our Championship judging!

Huge congratulations to Darren & Sarah Searle on taking the Overall Champion with their Shearling Ewe and to Shaun Carter for taking Reserve Overall with his Aged Ram!

Thank you must go to Dewi Ellis for undertaking the task of judging a tremendous show of the Lleyn breed. A full set of results, pictures and report will be available on our website very soon!

Thoroughly enjoyed our day at Royal Cornwall Show catching up with friends and watching this cracking shearling ewe being crowned breed champion 🏆
Huge congratulations to Carnebone Lleyns. Darren & Sarah Searle - could have left that trophy at home after all 😉

Throwback to last weekend when we gathered the ewes and lambs in for their first dose of Heptavac vaccination - already looking forward to the second dose in a months time…

It was also time to tidy up the ewes to prevent any flystrike now the weather is warming up. They’ll also be treated with Molecto ahead of shearing end of May/early June.
