Working with myself and the team to answer customer questions, process orders and keep our office on track.

I've had a couple of phone calls this week asking if anyone can turn up to our unit for their cake fix and indeed you can!!
Either Rob, Matt, Izzy or myself are around to help 😘
In our atrium, we have a display freezer with lots of boxes of lovely cakes, dessert, cupcakes, mystery boxes, afternoon tea boxes, rainbow cake and so much more.
I've attached the pictures of the birthday cakes we keep in stock, so there is no need to pre-order.
These are kept frozen, need about 2 hrs to defrost and can be kept somewhere cool for 4/5 days after defrost.

Address - Unit 216/217 Springvale industrial Estate, Cwmbran. NP44 5BJ (sat navs can be funny with the industrial estate but the google maps listing is right)
Opening hours - 9-3pm Monday to Friday
However.... our production team are on site 6.30-4pm Monday-Friday so we can be flexible if needed, just let me know in advance on 01633 862058 if you need to come out of the 9-3 bracket, not a problem.

With the help of our lovely Isabel, our Updated birthday cake brochure for 2026 is here and looking beautiful!!
Although we no longer have a shop in town, you can still come to our kitchen unit on Springvale Industrial Estate to pick up a birthday cake, mystery box or a sweet treat!
I've been getting questions on our birthday cakes so here are some of the most common questions!
How can I order?
Give us a ring!! 01639 813166 for Baglan, 01633 562058 for Cwmbran.
Oh my goodness I have a cake emergency, can you help!!
Of course! we have a large range of cakes we keep in store frozen, available with no need to pre-order.
Why do you sell your cakes frozen?
We have a large range and make in large batches to make sure everything is in stock for our customers. They defrost quickly and in perfect condition, and frozen helps makes sure they get home safely.
What is the defrost / storage information?
Give the cake 2/3hrs to defrost at room temperature and then keep somewhere cool (like the pantry not the fridge) for 4-5 days after defrost.
Why are the 10" cakes pre-sliced?
Our 10" cakes are sold to a lot of our business customers, including the Tower of London and Kensington Palace. Pre-slicing them helps their staff make sure every gets the perfect portion.
What is your favourite / the best seller?
Oreo is always for me, or the chocolate fudge 10" is an absolute winner!
I need vegan or gluten free, can you help?
Yes! Call the shop directly to make sure we have the right cake for your needs
Why can't I order online?
Our website is being refurbished currently, I am trying to sort out a way for our website to be split between business and direct customers

Easter Pre Order is Open!! www.lacremepatisserie.co.uk !!
We've got Easter cupcakes, mystery boxes, roulades, cheesecake, afternoon tea, dessert boxes all available to pre-order for Easter. I would recommed pre-ordering to avoid missing out!!
Our production kitchen has been crazy busy this month, we've shipped out 2 artic lorries worth of cake over the last two weeks 😎😎😎 (over the same period last year, we shipped 2 pallets.... Now 2 artics!!) So I would recommed pre- ordering, but we will always have some cake in stock if you turn up on the day 🥰

I've made some delicious Valentines treats, available in store today ..

- Valentines cupcakes (£8 for 4) Vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream and red heart decoration
- Valentines dessert box (£5) - Raspberry cheesecake heart and Berry Mousse Rose
- Afternoon tea cake box (£12 for 8 pieces)

Or the gift they can't heklp but love... Mystery boxes (£20)
These contain a selection of what we are making in the week, some slices that are a little wonky, some extra pieces of samples, overruns... anything and everything.
These are sold frozen, and we have a lot of customers who will pick one up and then take a cake out each day of the week to savour 😋😋😋

**Edit - These are £35 - apologies I missed it off my mistake earlier***
These are pre-sliced into 16 portions and frozen, taking about 2-3hrs to defrost.
