I'll start this post off by saying a HUGE thankyou to those who have engaged with social media posts, those who have shared, liked, commented and tagged their friends/family, and those who have placed orders and purchased food from myself.

For those who don't know, this has been set up and run by one person. A full time woking mother to a beautiful 18 month old. I've always dreamt of having my own food business.
I've always referred to me as 'we' - because this business was set up with the intention to make money for my daughter and our family. I also wouldn't be able to have done all of this without my other half ❤️

Unfortunately, I'll be closing down this Pasta Takeout. The hours aren't working for me and my family. I've moved onto something else which will have sooo many more benefits for me and my family, as well as some of my current customers and future customers. As from mid October, I'll be offering Low Fat, High Protein Meal Prep. This will be locally delivered to people's doors and also available for collection ☺️
I'll also be offering a High Carb, High Protein option for those who are bulking throughout the winter.

🍝🎉 WE'RE BACK OPEN FOR BUSINESS THIS WEEKEND 🎉🍝

We apologise to those who messaged us to place an order. We had to remain closed for 48 hours (due to a sickness bug) which meant we didn't have time to prep our food ready for the weekend.

Although our chef has been poorly, we've had a good deep clean and stock check ready for the weekend ahead 😁

We'll update our weekly Menu in the next hour - we're bringing back our 2 best selling pasta dishes 😉🥳

To place an order, simply drop us a message and your food will be ready to collect within 20 minutes! Please allow extra time for large orders - we may be a fast food service, but that doesn't mean you'll receive your food at the same speed as a McDonalds. We cook everything from fresh and we believe in serving the best quality food. After all, good things come to those who wait 😉

We're sorry, but we're having to CLOSE this weekend 😔 This isn't something we wanted to do, but we've been left with no choice. Our chef has picked up a tummy bug, so we have to close for 48 hours. After all, we always put our customers first, and when we're dealing with food - it's mandatory for us to close for at least 48 hours. We couldn't and wouldn't want to risk anyone becoming ill.

We may OPEN on Monday & Tuesday evening instead.

We'll keep you all updated. Huge apologies to anyone who had placed orders or were thinking of ordering this weekend.

Who would be interested in some Mini Cheesecake pots to go alongside your Pasta dishes? 😱

Before we set up this Pasta Takeout, we made fresh cheesecakes on a regular basis - our most popular flavours being; Biscoff, Lemon and Vanilla ✨

We want to test the water first to see if any of our customers would like to add one or 2 to your weekend orders 🤔

If we get a good response from this post, we'll be adding Cheesecakes to our Menu as of next weekend 😁

🧅🥕One of the most time consuming parts of making a Beef Ragu has to be the Il Soffritto prep - especially when you're making a big batch.

Il Soffritto is very simply, finely chopped carrot, celery and white onion sauteed slowly with a little olive oil for about 10 minutes until soft but not browned.

This adds an incredible depth of flavour to many dishes and can even be made in advance to add into weeknight meals for an extra flavour punch.
