‼️IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT‼️
It’s with a huge amount of sadness that we announce the end of the Crops 💔
It really has been an absolute blast and whilst it is so sad to say goodbye, we look back and are super proud of what we have built over the last 4 years.
With the ever increasing cost of living, running a small family business has become very tough with some weeks, and even months, we work for very little.
That added to the long hours, the sacrifice of few breaks, minimal family time or holidays, working late into the night to sort orders and early mornings at the market. It’s just too hard for all of us.
We have a new baby on the way and a new chapter for all of us. So on to pastures new (where we actually get to earn money, take breaks and have evenings with the family).
We’ve managed to speak to some of you face to face (it’s been so hard telling you all 💔😢) but we’re sorry if we haven’t yet relayed the message in person. This week will be our last week delivering.
We’re so grateful to everyone who has supported our little family business. All those who have been part of our journey whether you have ordered just once, or our dedicated every week customers who have helped to keep us going this long. We’d like to thank everyone of you.
We still don’t know where we’re going to get our fruit and veg (we’re going to miss the amazing quality that we bring). So you never know there may be an occasional trip to the market and maybe a few special deliveries to any that want them.
Again thank you to all of you for enabling us to fulfil a dream of running this wonderful little business. It’s been a hard decision to make to give it up, but it’s what has to be for now.
