I’ve never painted a car before in my life…

Not even kidding — I haven’t painted anything since school, and the last proper drawing I did was around 10 years ago.

But after struggling to find someone willing to repair the rear end of my Honda Civic rebuild, I started wondering…

Am I eventually going to have to buy a jig and learn everything myself? 😅

So before even getting to that stage, I decided to challenge myself and paint the bumper at home for the very first time.

No experience.
No bodyshop.
Just me, YouTube, a compressor, and a lot of trial and error.

Honestly… I’m shocked by how it turned out.

Got a real mechanic to inspect my Copart car… and the hidden damage underneath honestly shocked me 😳
