Pasture Raised Poultry Our birds are kept in small flocks and reared for longer out on pasture. All this leads to a superior, healthier bird.

Each day they are moved onto fresh grass where they can forage for bugs and grubs as well as 'graze' the lush green grass. The birds are currently being raised in a beautiful Walnut plantation. Their mobile pens are set between the tree lanes and are moved each morning onto fresh lush green grass. They are able to scratch about and forage for bugs and grubs as well as do a good job of grazing down

the grass much their sheep neighbours dismay! The sheep are rotated through the Walnut plantation every few weeks to get on top of the grass.
