We are back again on Friday! With deliveries from 5pm

Each box will include

2 x Wagon wheels - Two 40g vanilla cookies sandwiching home made mallow and strawberry jam. Enrobed in milk chocolate.

2 x Nutella Brownie Yule log - Big slab of brownie rolled inside a big slab of cookie spread with Nutella and rolled up to create a Yule log. Once finished it’s spread with milk chocolate.

2 x sticky toffee Yule log - Big slab of cookie filled with sticky toffee pudding and rolled up. Once rolled it’s covered in sticky toffee pudding sauce. Chuck this one in the microwave for 15 seconds…….trust me 🤤

Bit of a Christmas theme because it’s nearly December isn’t it!

2 x cookie and brownie Yule logs
2 x cookie and sticky toffee pudding Yule logs with sticky toffee sauce
2 x Wagon Wheels ( cookie sandwich filled with marshmallow and strawberry jam then dipped in chocolate)

We are backkkk 💣

Delivery on Thursday 20th from 5pm.

We’ve added Sticky Toffee Pudding in the mix this week mainly because it’s my favourite!

You will get 2 x Lemon Meringue, 2 x Nutella Brownie, 1 x Caramel Brownie Smores and 1 x Sticky Toffee Pudding.

If you put the Nutella brownie and Sticky Toffee in the microwave 🤤 wow

It’s always tough starting something new but selling out on the first week is always a good feeling.

Few changes this week to get the cookie texture just right when baking much larger amounts.

Also I need to learn how to count again, one second I’ve done to many cookies next I’ve not got anywhere near enough.

It’s taken a while to get my head back into baking and being creative but here we are.

Delivery will be from 5pm on Friday and boxes are limited so get ordering so I can afford to feed the kids.

6 sandwich cookies in a box with 3 different flavours.

Lemon meringue - Two vanilla cookies spread with lemon curd and homemade Italian meringue.

Nutella Brownje - Two vanilla cookies sandwiching a big lump of Nutella brownie stuck together with Nutella.

Brownie Smores - Two vanilla cookies filled with homemade Italian meringue with a crumble of brownie, milk chocolate shavings and a drizzle of caramel.

Keeping in simple for the first drop but these flavours are banging

Nutella brownie cookie sandwich.

Decided to give cookie sandwhiches a go because I was sick of getting “stuffed” cookies with 3 bits of whatever it’s supposed to be stuffed with.

Think of the cookies as the bread to this sandwich, they are vanilla in every possible way but have the perfect cookie texture and are ideal to fill with whatever tickles your pickle.

Anyway enough of my waffle on cookies…..these were supposed to launch this week but the website isn’t websiting so looks like it’s a launch next week.

6 different flavours once a week to start with delivered to your door on an evening. Perfect to put your feet up grab a cuppa and watch whatever brain rot you are currently obsessed with on Netflix (Sullivans crossing 🙋‍♂️)
