🤎 Marshmallow teacake brownie
Brownie base, homemade vanilla bean marshmallow creme, Belgian chocolate ganache
May have went slightly overboard on the marshmallow creme and may need to make slightly thinner to fit in.. but I’ve never been good at not going a bit OTT 😅
🥐 Almond croissant blondie
Big long time fan fave, caramelised puff pastry base topped with blondie, homemade almond franipan, toasted almonds and icing sugar
🤍 Toasted malted milk and malt ball brownie
Signature brownie base topped with toasted malted milk ganache - new obsession unleashed 🥹 - finished with milk, white, gold and dark chocolate malt balls - M&S you are too good to us 🫶🏼
🧡 Whipped caramel blondie
After last weeks brownie version being such a hit we had do a blondie version! Blondie topped with whipped buttery caramel, finished with caramel crispearls. Keep refrigerated and bring to room temp to eat.
💙 ‘Milky way crispy roll’ brownie
Out version of the icon crispy roll. Brownie base topped with homemade milky creamy crispy roll filling, finished with milk chocolate and crispy feuilletine wafer pieces
🥨 Sweet & salty caramel stack blondie
Signature blondie topped with pretzels, cornflakes and salted peanuts doused in our all butter caramel sauce
