10th Anniversary Celebration 2016-2026

A decade of passion, tradition, and authentic flavors.

Ten years ago, in 2016, we opened our doors and started our journey with a wood-fired oven and a simple dream: to bring the true essence of traditional Italian cuisine and pizza straight to your table, wherever the road took us.

Today, as we celebrate the 10th anniversary of Odori & Sapori by Romeo, our hearts are full of gratitude.

For once, I would like to take a moment to honor the amazing team behind the scenes. First, to our Head Chef, Maurizio Romeo, for his unwavering passion for outstanding food , his expertise and knowledge , his string attitude to perfection in any food he prepares , then to our Sous Chef, Francesco Romeo, whose culinary expertise , inclusive food culture and dedication have been absolutely key to our success, and last but not least to the ladies of our front-of-house team, Paola and Helenia Romeo, for their positive attitude , presence and never-ending dedication our customers.
At its heart, Odori & Sapori by Romeo is built on a great passion for authentic, artisanal traditional pizza, exceptional Italian food, and strong family values

This incredible milestone belongs to all of you too.
