At Gajak Indo-Mauritian Street Food, our samosas are made the way they should be — completely from scratch 🥟✨

We start with freshly prepared dough, rolled and shaped by hand to create that perfect crispy pastry. Then comes the heart of the samosa: a fragrant, perfectly seasoned filling inspired by Indo-Mauritian flavours. Each samosa is carefully folded and fried until beautifully golden and crunchy.

No shortcuts. No cutting corners. Just time, care, and authentic flavour in every bite.

That’s what makes our samosas the perfect “ti gajak” — the little snack that delivers big flavour.
