We gave Morellos a rainbow glow-up for Pride! 🏳️‍🌈

Being LGBT-run, it means a lot to me to be seen as a safe and welcoming space in Dartmouth not just during Pride, but all year round. Taking part in simply decorating our windows during Pride Month for , to show our support for the community, is never something we’ll miss (we ALWAYS have flags up indoors too!).

Pop by to see our decorations, grab a sweet treat, and don’t miss the Dartmouth Pride Festival next Saturday - we’ll be opening slightly later at 11am that day so that our staff can take part in the Pride Parade from Dartmouth Castle to the Royal Avenue Gardens!🍦✨

We also might have a discount waiting for those who visit the shop wearing rainbow on Pride day… 👀

Lovely to see the town come together for something as needed and important as Pride 🏳️‍🌈 Excited to see the attending boats & crews!

🌈 Dartmouth "Pa-ride of Sail!"– Saturday 28th June 🌈

Join us as we celebrate Dartmouth Pride with a spectacular rainbow parade afloat! The flotilla will set off from Dartmouth Castle at 10:30am, sailing, steaming and paddling its way back to Dartmouth in a vibrant show of colour and community.

All LGBTQIA+ and ally crews are warmly invited to take part — just make sure your boat is dressed to impress in colourful flags!

🎉 Boats participating in the parade will be offered free overnight berthing on Saturday 28th June at the Town Jetty or Yacht Club pontoon, provided they remain dressed overall with Pride for the evening. This way, you can fully enjoy the festival celebrations in Royal Avenue Gardens and the fabulous afterparty at Dartmouth Yacht Club.

There may even be a prize for the best dressed vessel!

Do you like a dipped cone with your gelato? 🍦

All of our chocolate cones are now freshly dipped in melted milk chocolate and can be covered in Sprinkles, Biscuit, Biscoff or Oreo crumbs!

Looking for dairy-free? We can also dunk our cones in dark chocolate and offer the same toppings, just ask!

NEW FOR 2025 - Pick up your Gelato Loyalty and Dessert Discount cards! 🌟

As a small, independent business, we're extremely lucky (and grateful) to have a lot of repeat customers from locals and visitors to Dartmouth alike.

Coming up to our 5th birthday (can you believe it?!), we want to give back to the people that have supported us over the last few years, and our new customers this year, and so we are offering everyone the chance to get some free gelato from Surfing Cow Gelato (the ONLY gelato in Dartmouth), as well as money off when you dine in with us! 🍦

On our counters, we have some NEW loyalty cards for anyone who wants to pick one up, whether you live here or you're here for a weekend - one for our gelato and another for, well, everything else..!

Pick up a clue sheet from us to start, find the pink lettered bunnies around town and figure out the Easter word!

Chocolate Easter Egg prize for everyone who finds all 6 bunnies and has the right answer! 🐣

Our Easter Egg Hunt is up and running today! 🐥

Pop down to the shop to pay your £2 and pick up the clue sheet - find the 8 bunnies hidden around town, collect the letters and eggs and come back to us to pick up your chocolate Easter Egg if you get it right! 🐣

🪩 WE'RE HIRING 🪩

We're looking for Kitchen & Front of House staff to work with us from April to October this year with the possibility of continuing through the winter and into next year!

We're also looking for a KP/dishwasher to join us, particularly throughout the summer holidays, good for someone wanting a little pocket money as long as you're easy to train!

You don't need any experience as long as you're happy to be trained up! We're quite a busy workplace in both customer turnover & speed so as long as you're motivated and easy to get along with, you'll do just fine!
