September's Cheese of the Month is Redlap, a hard raw-milk goat's cheese from Stone Tree Dairy near Dartmouth, Devon. Helen and Martin Boyd only started making cheese in 2024, and within a year Redlap was voted Britain's Best New Cheese 2025. It's alpine in style, with a washed-rind. It's smooth and mellow, with a flavour that deepens as the seasons turn. We'll have it on the stall at all our markets right through September.
