Wow! Wow! Wow! 🔥
We have been a little quiet recently but we have been working on something BIG! You may have seen a sneak preview on East Midlands Today on Friday night 👀

Last week we travelled to AMOBOX in Colchester to collect a very exciting new member of the team... MEET our brand new wood fired pizza catering trailer!

20ft long, fully fitted out with a larger oven, fryers, coffee machine and commercial grade kitchen - it is an absolute beast!

We are so grateful to the team at AMOBOX who worked at lightning speed to finish the build in time for Derby LIVE's Darley Park Weekender.

The Mercia team have absolutely smashed it this weekend, adjusting to the new trailer and Darley Park certainly did not disappoint! Fantastic weather 😎, great music 🎶 and brilliant customers 🤩

Massive shout out also goes out to Oly at Oliba Creative for the trailer design & Esign Media for wrapping the trailer, and finally the legend Ash Stanley at AS Studios for the outstanding photos!

We are beyond excited to get the new beast out on the road serving up what we do best. Thanks to everyone for your continued support... see you around 🍕🔥
