Made with love in Drimoleague, West Cork.

Alan and Valerie Kingston share a deep-rooted appreciation for farming, a passion inherited from generations of family farmers. Alan grew up on the very farm now known as Glenilen, nestled on the banks of the River Ilen in Drimoleague, West Cork. Valerie, too, hails from a farming background, raised on a dairy farm in County Cork.

The couple have developed and expanded Glenilen Farm, from humble beginnings at farmer's markets to today. All with the mentality that life and food should be viewed in the same way: uncomplicated and full of goodness.
